Nepal lady chokes in restricted 'feminine cycle cabin
A 21-year-old Nepali lady kicked the bucket of suffocation in an austere "feminine cycle cabin" after she lit a flame to keep warm, say police.
Parwati Bogati was discovered when her relative went to keep an eye on her.
"She was amped up for the following day as her feminine cycle would end. Poor kid shut her eyes perpetually," Laxmi Bogati told the Kathmandu Post.
The occurrence in Nepal's Doti region comes only weeks after a mother and her two children passed on in a comparative shed.
Nearby cop Lal Bahadur Dhami told AFP of the most recent case: "We presume she kicked the bucket because of smoke inward breath and suffocation since she shut the entryway of the austere cottage and lit a flame on the floor for warmth amid the night."

Under the old practice known Chhaupadi, ladies who have their periods or who have quite recently conceived an offspring are viewed as debased or as carriers of misfortune.
They can be compelled to rest outside in hovels or cows sheds, and are prohibited from contacting a few sustenances, religious symbols, and men.

The cottages can be sharply cold, and those inside can likewise be presented to criminal assaults. There have been a few instances of suffocation, and something like one high school young lady has kicked the bucket in the wake of being nibbled by a snake.
